Football, or soccer for any American viewers, is the most popular sport in the world. With such a wide audience, it has long felt like we would one day see a theme park or at the very least, a theme park land, themed around this phenomenon. That time has finally come and it’s got many people questioning how exactly this unique concept will work. So, as we prepare for this park to open, let’s take a look at what we know. A theme park is set to open, themed around the Spanish football team Real Madrid. With this as the theme, you might assume the park will be located in the team’s home country, Spain. But this isn’t actually the case. In fact, the theme park isn’t going to be entirely new. Instead, it is going to be located upon the site once home to The Bollywood Park in Dubai. Essentially this new theme park, is set to be a re-theme of this short lived Bollywood park.
