Hollywood Studios, once home to Disney’s most celebrated holiday offering, The Osborne Lights, has this year decided to place their large-scale festive offerings behind a paywall. Such a thing isn’t out of the ordinary for Disney. Magic Kingdom has been home to Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party and Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party for many years now. But, the decision to do something new at Hollywood Studios got many people excited, especially with the success of Oogie Boogie’s Bash over in Anaheim’s California Adventure Park. Perhaps a Disney holiday event housed not in a castle park could be just as good. I mean, with such a festive legacy, surely this event must be top tier and well worth the $159 to $179. Right? Well, a quick glance at reviews, will tell you that this isn’t the case.
