The entrance to a theme park is one of its most important elements. It is the bridge between the real world and the imagined one of the park. A good theme park entrance should quickly and effectively pull you into the story of the park, without asking for too much effort on your part. Arguably, it needs to be the simplest, hopefully calmest, place of the park. It is here where you will pick up your map, or open up your app, and orient yourself in preparation for the thrilling day ahead. It’s also where you’ll find guest services, lockers and other useful conveniences. Then it is where you will end your day, via a little shopping if the parks get their way.
