Changes Coming To Be Our Guest At Magic Kingdom.
Disney have announced that changes this summer are coming to the Be Our Guest Restaurant at the Magic Kingdom. Disney have so far said that these changes will include a new prix fixe Dinner menu which will include more French dishes. The new prix fixe menu will be a three course meal consisting of your choice of appetiser and entrée. Dinner will then be finished by being served a personal dessert platter.
New appetizers available will include charred Octopus, Escargot and assorted meats and cheese. Other new appetizers will be added to the menu. The current offering of French-onion soup will remain on the menu.
Many new main course options are going to be added to the menu such as Filet Mignon with potato au gratin, Romano beans, Cipollini marmalade and a cherry laced red wine reduction. New chicken, seafood, lamb, pork and vegetarian dishes will also be on the menu.
Disney are yet to release information on the Dessert menu. Disney have also stated that a separate kids menu will be available. The new menu will begin on July 27 and reservations for this date will open on February 23rd (this Friday). More information will be released over the coming month.
